"Just be prepared the room is small, not surprising for New York hotel rooms, but the bed was pushed up against the wall and windows, so you really couldn’t get in on both side. But good value for midtown NYC."

"We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.
For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.
We’ll look for other options next time for...

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"We had a nice stay. Reasonably priced and in a central location. No complaints, just a basic Hilton. We got lucky and was able to check in early which was awesome! The front desk was always busy/crowded but the staff was helpful and kind.
The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view. Rooms are small & It can be loud but thats expected anywhere in Midtown."
