Excellent location, comfort, and breakfast

Only stayed for one night, before taking the YCAT to Haneda. Hotel was very convenient to last-minute shopping before returning to USA. It was raining but there was all covered walkways from Yokohama station to the hotel, to shopping, and to the YCAT office and terminal. Breakfast was expansive, with made-to-order dishes, dim sum and excellent pastries. Expensive but not a lot more than other places that are not nearly as convenient to transportation.

Highly recommended hotel for any special occasion

I invited my sister to spend year-end to New Year’s celebration with me in Yokohama. We were lucky to be able to find accommodation for this last-minute decision. The location was very convenient for all sorts of entertainment and the hotel staff made our stay extra comfortable.

As our 1st time in Tokyo, this was a joy to stay here. Staff was polite and helpful, The food options were abundant. The location so close to all transportation but also within walking distance of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. It was just a super pleasant experience all around!

Excellent stay

From check in to check out, the staff was amazing and the process was easy. The room was clean and they’re participating in a green initiative: if you skip housekeeping for a day, they issue you a 500¥ coupon for their bakery. I did that and the baked goods were fantastic. The hotel is connected underground to Yokohama station, so it’s easy to travel to other areas as a tourist. From street level, it’s a quick walk across the street via a crosswalk.

Superb Stay!

I had great room value that came with lounge access that offers savory meals and beverages and amazing breakfast buffet. My room was very spacious with beautiful view of Yokohama, and the value was beyond my expectations because if you book mediocre motel in SF, the price was equivalent to that when i booked here.
