The room was clean, comfortable bed, with great temperature control. It was perfect for us two. If you have mobility issues, (walk with cane, crutches, walker) I would go with a bigger room. Great room. Outdoor entrance and lobby was very classy. It provided health supplies (brush, toothbrush , toothpaste, skincare products, tea, coffee) if needed. Staff was very kind and let us store luggage for an hour after we checked out and even called a cab for us. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Great location…shopping, restaurants, and train station within walking distance.

That was a pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel Plumm in Yokohama. We really liked the hotel’s location and how clean everything was. I would have given more stars if there were a more affordable breakfast option or at least complimentary drinks during breakfast. We also had an issue at the airport — the airline broke the wheel on our suitcase, and we asked the Plumm staff if they could dispose of it. They agreed, but we were charged 5,000 yen (around CAD 50) for disposal. We didn’t really have a choice, so we paid it. The laundry service costs 500 yen and only accepts cash, which also felt a bit pricey. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel overall — clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
