"Excellent hotel with great staff!!"

"The look and the old genuine feeling of the hotel is what makes it special. This really looks and feels like a modarnized old chinese Palace. The location is good with short walk for shopping and old Town. The hotel is comfortable, but compared to a new modern hotel it's less comfortable. The shower has low water pressure, and the toilet could hardly flush. But things worked."

"The staff were friendly. The location is great, it’s nearby shops/restaurants. I like everything except the spa. The female spa needs deep cleaning. Hair everywhere. Seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Everything else was clean except the spa. "
