"The best part of our experience was the excellent service. We always felt taken care of and the staff was kind and helpful at all times taking extra measures to ensure we were comfortable. In comparison to other hotels on our trip the service here was most thorough and caring. My birthday was also celebrated during my stay and staff prepared balloons flowers window art and cakes. "Old hotel but clean. Near Beijing Railway Station. Good breakfast. Nice cafe environment. If you check in late at night be prepared to wait. Staff are short and not available late. Our room was old but clean and very large, with bathtub."
