"Clean room with tatami style. You can feel the spring inside. I feel the room abit old. But the staff is really helpful and can speak English. When I came to check in, there’s a few guest sitting around the lobby which taken all the seats near the check in area. We don’t have choice to sit far away while waiting to check in. Location is good near all the nice places to hang around. But I would choose somewhere else next time. "

"Guests are very noisy. They start chit-chatting at midnight & 6am, kid was yelling & playing instrument at 8am, so we totally could not sleep whole night.
