"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. "Vey pleasant stay"

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"Quite pleasant stay with a view of Fuji Mountain right from the window. The hotel has shuttle bus to send the guests to the bus station. "

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel.
