"Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. "

"Absolutely loved this place! Great for one person up to a small group or family. Looks exactly as advertised. With some amenities, a 7/11, and small restaurants nearby. The private onsen and terrace view was amazing. Place is close to bus stations for easy transportation. (But not near any trains be aware of that) And close to the pier for boat rides. "Overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Great service. Room style was still in the 70’. Somewhat nostalgic. What is kind of great to experience in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). "

"I loved the bath. It was so hot and steamy. The traditional Japanese rooms were exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Japan. As we were leaving, the sweet host gave us hot tea to warm our hands on our cold walk to the bud station. When I got to the bus the station, I realized I left my hat. All of a sudden I see her drive up to the station and give it to me. Excellent Japanese hospitality "

"房間很大很舒適，我們住了兩晚，要自己舖床墊，日間沒有人執房的，所有用品在接待大堂自取。有個很大的保險櫃，但每次開關需要投入100日元及不會退還。空調是很舊式的座地機, 調溫旋轉鍵已被人弄壞了，因此只有暖風出，慶幸我們是5月中入住, 適逄當日下雨降溫，打開窗戶已經有點冷，如果是夏天入住，可能有點熱。溫店有公共大浴池，但我們沒有使用，因此不清楚情況如何。酒店門外有很大的空曠地方泊車。另外，要注意的事：酒店會於晚上11點至早上6點鎖上大門，任何人都不能進出，這麼重要的消息應該在訂房前通知消費者，而不是在完成check-in 之後才告知，如果行程需要在上述時間離開酒店 (例如看日出或去機場，那會是多麼麻煩的事情)。"

Great hotel nice view
"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. Additionally, there is a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants nearby the property."
