The location can not be better, you take a hot spring bath in open air with closly facing Mt Fuji, the experience is fantastic. The staff is super polite. The breakfast is good. Highly recommend.

Staff is nice , however The tatami bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also had to set up the bedding ourselves, which was inconvenient. An incredible stay! Sanu is located just steps away from the beautiful Yamanaka Lake and Mt. Fuji. We rented a car and explored the area for a few days and Sanu was perfect. I will be staying at Sanu in the future. Thank you!
