Breakfast buffet immense, fresh soup, delicious coffee machine, even a salad bar, omelet chef, several breads, all looking out over the city with the tower in the distance…magical. "This property has a very good location near local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The main thing for me as a first-time visiting Tokyo was the train was 5-minute walking distance. This helped getting around Tokyo a better experience. I did not want to use a Taxi for getting around as this can get a bit expensive. Used Taxi for when out late at night etc. The rooms are very clean but are small in size, that did not matter to me and my wife, since we were out all day anyways. But if you are looking for large room or 5-star category this is not for you. We felt safe, the staff is very helpful and had our room cleaned every day with clean towels and toiletry stocked daily. Excellent service. "

"I initially gave 4 stars but would’ve been extremely unfair due to what this hostel provides for its price. Men and women areas are separate, including elevator so gives a lot of privacy. Men do not have access to women’s floors and vice versa! Super cool Showers are on the second floor and are spacious. Also, plenty of them. It was very clean. There is an area to hangout and some countertops so you can eat. The check in was very disorganized and not efficient. I had to wait 20 min. Also, zero explanation about the hotel. She just gave the key and told me about the elevator and lockers. The room was pretty awesome and location is superb! They give a bag with personal hygiene items which was very nice! The bed and pillow aren’t the best and ventilation inside the capsule is basically inexistent. Overall, a great option and affordable price."

"Highly recommend this for traveling with a family. I made a couple of mistakes with my reservation: first reserved one day short then reserved the wrong date when I tried to add a day. The young lady at the front desk helped me to cancel the wrong reservation so I could get full refund, then booked the correct date for me. Thanks to her for helping me out."

"The hotel is great, and super good location within a 10 mins walking distance from a bunch of Subway entrances, can get to a bunch main lines like the Ginza line, walking distance to big camera, yahiba and lots of places to eat, the hotel has quite a bit of rules when it comes to room services but is great overall. There is a shipping station next door wheee you can receive and sent your luggage, super convenient, plus a family market across the street."
