"The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital. Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well."

"Incredible stay at the ici hotel, super kind staff. Clean rooms especially for being dog friendly. Great Japanese breakfast. Love the location, the neighborhood is quiet but filled with local restaurants. Train station is 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again, fabulous and cozy hotel! "

"VIRKELIG et skønt hotel i det hyggelige Asakusa kvarter. Hotellet er indrettet i en smuk Japandi stil, men med alt hvad man behøver. Meget cool med alt kunsten også. "The highlight for my family was the breakfast buffet. Lots of options and some items change daily. Really good spread of Japanese food which we appreciate. The onsen is really nice too. Hotel staff were very helpful and although not all speak English, they always try to help. Thank you so much! "

"This my favorite hostel in Tokyo. I wish I would have known about sooner. The location is close to many subway lines so it’s ideal if you plan to be active while in Tokyo. The staff were very nice and spoke excellent English. The dining area/public area were a good place to rest after a long day of walking and to converse with other travelers.
