"The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital. Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well."

"My favorite hotel in Tokyo. The front desk team is excellent, the rooms are perfectly laid out, and the subway is very close. All the finishes in the rooms are luxurious, and there is a high level of attention to detail overall. The neighborhood feels authentic and peaceful. Five stars across the board!"

"This is a great travel hotel! The staff are WONDERFUL! FYI this is a dog loving hotel. Small dog paradise. They have dog foto booths, dog pool, kibbles. The works. Wuth regard to the rooms it was very comfortable, great air conditioning, modern bathrooms. The free breakfast is American-Japanese basically open sandwich. I will return!"

"Very nice hotel and the staff are very helpful, breakfast was out of expectation. We stayed in the room with 3 single beds, the space was too small and we can only open one luggage. We enjoyed to use their onsen. The only thing to complaint is they will charge you if you leave your luggages in the hotel."

"This my favorite hostel in Tokyo. I wish I would have known about sooner. The location is close to many subway lines so it’s ideal if you plan to be active while in Tokyo. The staff were very nice and spoke excellent English. The dining area/public area were a good place to rest after a long day of walking and to converse with other travelers. My only complaint and it being very minor is the room that I stayed had window shades that didn’t cover the entire window. This made sleeping past sunrise...

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
