Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers.

フロント、ドアマン、レストラン、そして清掃に方々(外国人)まで皆さんとても素晴らしい笑顔と対応で、久しぶりに満足いくホスピタリティーを感じました。朝食のメニューも素晴らしくお味も美味しく、スカイツリーを正面に26階での朝食は素晴らしかったです。かなり年数の建ったホテルですが、古さは感じず、清潔で安心して泊まれました。
