"Great food, excellent amenities, and an exceptionally clean resort. Every inch of the property is impeccably maintained, making for a very enjoyable stay. My only complaint is the transportation between the resorts. Getting to and from the other properties from the Palace is extremely difficult and not very convenient. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it."

"Staff is top notch. Property is very well kept and beautiful. Food buffet options are great. The only suggestion about the food is that the rice should be cooked a little more; it was seasoned well but some grains were still crunchy to the bite. Overall, I had a very good and relaxing stay."

"My family and I ( husband and three grandkids) had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Maya and it surpassed all our expectations! We stayed in the Tropical area and all facilities were easy to access to by pathways or by shuttle. Pools are beautiful and each one has its own all inclusive bar.
The kids area is right in the middle by the pools so it easy to watch your kids from the pools.
The beach is right behind the pools and has plenty of palm trees if you want shade while sitting or lying on the...

"The staff and grand palladium were above and beyond. From the greeters, to the welcome center, to the waiters, the maintenance staff, all were soooo incredible nice. It has been an incredible experience. I loved the property, the ambience was phenomenal. Thank you guys for making this the best vacations we ever had. You guys rocked.
