"Gorgeous older hotel. Looked like a castle. It has a lot of stairs but worth it. Great history of the place. And the included breakfast is homemade was as great as restaurant food! Staff were very humble and helpful."

"Hotel is nice and clean, area has very steep roads so driving is a little difficult to navigate. But the hotel itself is a great , service is great , food was great , rooms are on the smaller size max is 2 adults and 2 kids. Based off the room we chose. They have laundry service so that is another great amenity. Definitely would stay again"

"Realice la reserva en este alojamiento a primera hora de la mañana y llegando sobre las 21:00 ese mismo día me encontré que mi reserva confirmada por la plataforma de hoteles.com el alojamiento desconocía de la misma y tenia el alojamiento completo, por lo que era imposible quedarme en ese establecimiento, se tuvo que llamar a hoteles.com y al final me pudieron acomodar en otro hotel pero de menor categoría y mas lejos, creo que deben mejorar el sistema de reservas para que no ocurra esto, por...

"The property is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by lush vegetation. The rooms are spacious and nice. The restaurant is really good, the food was delicious and the presentation was really elegant, offers food from the area, really well done. It probably needs to add more amenities like a gym, and more things to do within the hotel itself apart from the pool and the spa. But I highly recommend this place, it is close to Xilitla about 1/2 hour, within 1:15 hours of Tamul waterfalls...
