Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, great location, and free water bottles. We highly enjoyed our stay. The only thing is there are no mini fridges in the room, but the staff will help put your food in their fridge which you can grab at any time.

酒店服務好，入住前主動聯絡，詢問到達時間，並透過微信傳送到店指引。到達酒店時有房間已清掃完畢就先讓我們入住。 酒店裝修時尚，但沙發坐起來並不舒服。 日班櫃檯人員服務態度佳，協助查詢到鼓浪嶼的傳票，並提醒隔天有馬拉松賽事，並給予打車、搭車的建議。 酒店位置好，離中山路步行街很近，到八市也不遠。

7樓的櫃檯人員都非常的和善！報到寄放行李、詢問洗衣事宜、借用衣架、還有最後退房的時候還回贈了兩盒牛軋糖都非常感謝🙏對於我們提出的問題都能夠一一回答！就連晚上想要看优酷微信櫃檯都能夠立即得到回覆與幫助！真的是要給一個讚！9樓的清潔姐姐們也非常的用心！雖然住宿的幾天不好意思每天都要姐姐們幫忙清潔…，所以在最後一天遺留了很多的頭髮在地上；但是入住的時候真的感受到非常乾淨的整潔度！雖然這次住的是城景不是海景，所以沒有體驗到海景的環境，但是熱情的人際環境也是挺不錯的
