hotels.com 提供的房間相片, 和現場入住的房間相差很大, 存在超級誤導. 我預訂時看到的相片是一房一廳的大床房. 而入住時酒店表明只是訂了大床一張的房間. 綱頁顯示的相片是套房. 我即時打電話給hotels.com, 得到的回復是相片由酒店提供, 不是他們的責任. 酒店回應曾有客人一樣的情況, 已向hotels.com反應, 但hotels.com 沒有更正相片, 所以不是酒店問題, 不能提供此套房住宿, 只能提升豪華房. 超級無耐! 如果不是因為套房, 我不會選擇此偏遠的住宿!

Minus ten rated dump

No English spoken there. Toilets don't work. Entire hotel is filthy and carpets no vacuumed even while I was there. Only western food was hard boiled eggs. Only halt roll of toilet paper in room at any time. Then to top it off the tried to charge 1000 yuan or 50% more for the stay than the Expedia itinerary price on the booking. It's a 100% Dump all round.
