"Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "I thought the room was in need of updating, looks pretty tired. Shower wasn’t working properly, neither was the sink tap, hardly any pressure in the water! Literally a dribble coming from both! Tv very old fashioned! The grounds are very nice, but for the money don’t think it offers good value"

"We were welcomed warmly at Reception and shown where our room was. We had access to a lovely sitting area with comfy couches. Our room was spacious and very clean. Had towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything we needed. The price for the room was extremely good value and I would definitely return."

"Perfect location for a city break in Norwich. Clean and quiet, onset parking. All staff very friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with the aircon room as we stayed during the peak of heatwave week. However there's no fridge in the room so no where to keep our drinks cool. Overall room was quiet, spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Yes we would recommend this hotel to others."
