"Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "

"Whitehouse Premier Inn was in a great lication, right in tye city centre. Parking was easy and not too expensive at £10 per night, lots of spaces when we went on a Saturday night in Sep so there was no need to book in advance. Would definitely stay again. "

The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The food choices are varied and when served, well presented. We will stay again when we are visiting family in Cheshire or Scotland. "This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not. "
