"Nick on the check in desk was exceptionally helpful in sorting out my room. The room was lovely, no noise at all. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was perfect for anyone going to a concert at the Arena."

"the place is stunning, decor and room really was brilliant. in the centre of town too which was great as i was in a meeting not too far away. It is right next to the loading bay of Asda so I can understand what other reviews say but if you are up at a normal time it isnt an issue."

Mixed feelings
"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left ..."

9 Dec 2019Lots of history to explore. Site of a major battle during the English Civil War. Fascinating and informative museums on the history of this lovely city. The cathedral must not be missed.
