"Had an issue with the inside metal lock when the door slammed shut it moved the metal and we we unable to enter back in the room until maintenance came. Unfortunately, maintenance was off premises and took an hour for him to arrive. He was awesome though! He taped the metal so it would not happen again during our stay."

"Staff were very friendly and accomadating. When we first got to our room on the 2nd floor my husband noticed water dripping from the ceiling and looked like a leak in the roof possibly. We notified front desk staff right away and they moved us to a different room on the first floor. Room was clean. Main issue was the door to the bathroom was broken. It was a pocket sliding door and it didn't lock and wouldn't stay closed. Rooms could use some updates but wasn't horrible. Pool was packed both nights we were there. Pool was really warm so kids liked that. Jets in hot tub didn't work and water in the pool wasn't filthy but was little dingy looking like their filter system needs updated. Kids loved the arcade. We went to it both nights we were there. Had issue with the prize machine the 2nd night but it didn't help that other kids were hitting the machine and it was super packed so I am sure the system was overloaded. Went back in the morning to get prizes and it worked fine. Hotel manager was in there double checking stuff when we went back in the morning. People don't respect the no smoking as someone was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it all down the hallway. Resturant was mediocare. Wouldn't go back to again. Wait staff was friendly but food just wasnt all that great. For the price they charge the portion sizes were pretty small for the pasta. "

"Valet damaged my car manger still hasn’t returned my calls. Disappointing… room was pretty out dated. With that kind of customer service I won’t be returning."
