"Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again."

The bathroom, tub and shower were all clean and included a fresh smelling body wash. The pool area was huge and clean with plenty of towels and seating. I appreciated that it stayed open until midnight daily, with the last hour being 'adults only' which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy the large working hot tub in peace every night of my stay. We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. "This is a good hotel I've stayed at before. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and I ordinarily would give it all 5s. But there are some things hotel management needs to address. First, the lobby should be clean. But it is not being cleaned regularly if at all. The floor in the lobby seating area is not swept - there are crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor.
