The best characteristic of this hotel is the staff, who are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is great. The rooms are comfortable with good closets and very nice mattresses and pillows. A very special thanks to Darcy and Kathy who welcomed me every morning to breakfast. Their kind and cheerful demeanor really helped to start my day well.

So convenient to the convention center. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The man that checked me in, knew a lot about the area including cost of parking. He was very helpful.
