"Terrific location. Very nice property. Clean and great rooftop bar. Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC. Have stayed here many times. Lots to do nearby and easy subway access to everywhere."

"Really enjoyed this stay. Great location, chic clean rooms. Downsides: $75 early check in fee, $50 late checkout fee. Only 1 person at front desk so it can take a bit. But overall with some patience and planning it was great!"

"Customer service was poor. Staff seemed bothered to help guest. Market staff was rude. If you want to hold bags after check out there is a $4 fee cash, the staff demands cash even after telling them you don’t have any. Bathroom was dirty; hair in the bathtub, dusty surfaces and toilet was dirty."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "This property does not merit 4 stars. Its best quality is its location. The rooms are very dated, bathrooms are also very shabby and poorly ventilated. The A/C either didn’t run or ran at the decibel level of a car engine. The windows are not soundproof and the car honking is incessant."

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"Well situated, close to the subway. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. "Hotel was dirty, shower would clog up after about 2 minutes so would the sink drain, stains on walls and bed linings. Wasnt up to date what so ever. The staff handling our bags was the best part."
