"Was a solo mother’s day over night stay. My overall experience was good. Appreciated the staff that helped me with my room request. I wanted a room away from noise and high traffic. He assigned me one on the 9th floor at the of the hall and right in front of the security cameras which gave me an added sense of security especially being a woman traveling alone, Also had a issue with my parking pass and the check out desk staff member promptly assisted with correcting the issue. "

"Clean room, restaurant food is great. Location is close to beach, grocery and shops all walkable. Nice stay"

"The only good thing was cost on a Friday night. Parking was not free. I played a lot and still didn’t get a voucher. The free parking was a myth. The room while remodeled had stained carpets. It didn’t look like they vacuum at all. This place like AC is old and dated. "

"I never checked in, and was being given the run around to cancel / reschedule.I booked the wrong dates and attempted to cancel the change it I kept being told they were able to do it. I need to go to Expedia and Expedia told me the hotel had to do it."

"Horrible old room in the North tower. Old, run down and dingy"

"Needs updating. It was an ok stay, not amazing. Windows need major cleaning, carpets are old and have holes, bathroom fixtures missing, etc."
