"The staff here is incredible! They were very accommodating with my limited Korean language. They helped me tremendously ordering taxi and helping me to navigate the area. Also behind the hotel are many restaurants, shops, fair, and many activities that are walkable from the hotel. This was a great stay!"

"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. "It was a beautiful room, check in and check out went smoothly, some translation apps needed but went okay nonetheless! Nice convenience store close by, essentially next door. Did not realize breakfast must be ordered the night before, which js unfortunate bevause it smelled delicious, but my mistake! Also the caprese and champagne included in my booking was not brought to the room or offered at check in, although I realistically could have gone to ask. Was not super worried about getting it...

"전반적으로 좋은 호텔입니다. 침구와 수건이 깨끗했고 잘 관리가 된 느낌이었습니다. 안마의자도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 단, 머리를 베는 곳에 작은 머리카락같은 것을 한 개 발견해서 닦아내야 했지만, 나머지는 깨끗했습니다. 주변에 먹거리도 많고 tv화면도 매우 커서 영화를 보기에 최적의 조건이었습니다. 단, 주차장이 협소해서 차를 대기 힘들수 있지만, 바로 건너편에 별도의 주차장이 마련돼 있어서 좋았습니다. 스태프분들은 매우 친절하시고, 도움을 많이 주십니다. 체크아웃 시간이 1시여서 늦은 비행이 있는 분들에게 편안한 선택이 될 것 같습니다. 하지만, 30분 전에 룸으로 전화벨이 울려서 긴장을 하긴 했지만, 제시간에 체크아웃하면 문제는 없습니다. "
