"Nice place to healing"

"There is no front desk/reception - only self check-in via machine and a phone to use beside it if you have a concern. We checked in at night. Absolutely no one was working at the hotel, which is also a safety issue. Our room was filthy. There was black mould in the shower, hair on the toilet, and dust all over the room. "Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking. Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay. Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery. Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing. They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking. "

"Amazing hotel and great location by IFC Mall and subway. The executive room with river view does not disappoint! The pool requires a cap so you must purchase if you dont have one. The breakfast buffet is great but slow for coffee lovers. I purchased coffee from the cafe on the ground floor and it was good. "

"The website advertised a shuttle service. We weren't helped at all in that regard and had to find another way to the airport. English is my only language so that process was very difficult."
