"Super convenient location from Incheon airport terminal 1. Just take the airport shuttle on departures level at the assigned doors and you’re literally 2 stops away from the hotel (5min trip.) "The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile.
