"First time using this hotel. I was only there for about 8 hours to sleep before my connecting flight but it was comfortable room and they were kind enough to upgrade me. "

"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later. The...
