"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade.
