"Beautiful, historical property in immaculate condition throughout. The location is good and the service fine. Unfortunately, between the slightly hard bed and the nearby tram, it was not possible to get a restful night’s sleep. As long as you can get a room off the main street, highly recommended."

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was very powerful which is nice from the normal trickle in other hotels. Only downside was other guests being very noisy in the early hours, nothing the staff could do and it was a busy period with the Europa League Final on at the same time. "
