"Overall had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the property itself was great with the pool, bar, and restaurant inside. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included. The room itself was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. My literal only complaint which knocked this review from a 5 to a 4 is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was so soft to the point where we were sinking into it. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly. Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated."
