"front of the hotel was under construction and there were no signs guiding you to the back door. you just drive around and try to figure it out. room was clean. staff was nice. common areas were the big problem. breakfast was terrible, they served cereal & oatmeal but had no spoons. no napkins. only tiny plates. no condiments. felt very transient and like no one cared. "

"Had an unauthorized debit to my card first attempt was 250 which failed then he did 50. After I had checked in over an hour after I checked in this could have placed me in a bind no for warning nothing"

"Hotel was ok, when you walk in the hotel it smells nice & clean had a fresh smell. The room didn't smell like the lobby, the room & floor smelled musty & stale even though it was clean. Definitely need ice buckets the one in my room look like it's never been cleaned. And those stink bugs 3 of them i manage to get 2. It doesn't have any curb appeal. But overall the hotel was ok. I'm an avid traveler, I've been to several different Hyatt's this one out of 5 i would give a 3..."

"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was great, but it did smell very strongly of marijuana and there was no coffee pot in the room even though all the pictures on the site showed them in the kitchen area. Other than that it was great."
