The room was Clean and up to date, the smart tv was nice The breakfast was what you expect with a complimentary breakfast It’s in a good little secluded part of Southaven with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay it was a last minute booking because the other hotel I picked was not up to standard. The rooms are clean, nice fresh smell throughout the hotel. The service was great.

Excellent hotel, unlike any Fairfield I’ve been to. Very new with a lot of places to eat. Convenient to Memphis, will stay there any time I go to Memphis.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I am VERY particular when it comes to hotels. So to give a hotel 5 stars is saying a lot. I did not find one stain or hair on bedding, towels, carpet, or tile in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Everyone had plenty of space. The entire hotel smells clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good. Again, kept very clean. Not a crumb left on the tables. All staff members were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!!

This Fairfield by Marriott is new and beautiful! Enjoyed a great room, super big showers, a wonderful breakfast with great coffee, excellent service at front desk. Will stay here again when back in the area.

It’s a new hotel, still very clean. Lovely design. Both desk attendants during my stay were kinda spacey but pleasant. Breakfast was fine but just the usual hotel grab and go stuff. Would book again if in the area.
