" I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Dallas. We walked in without a reservation and were given a room right away, but the condition was unacceptable. The first room we were assigned had what appeared to be blood in the shower. When we reported it, a housekeeper claimed it was “rust,” yet she was able to wipe it away with a tissue, which was very concerning. "The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"VERY clean room & breakfast area! Staff was great! EXCEPT when I went to check out, there was NO ONE at the Front Desk or in the Office for about 15 minutes. I needed a *printed* receipt, but was unable to obtain one at this time, because I had an appointment to be at. I had to phone in later in the day and have them e-mail me one. "
