"Not a very scenic location."

"You get what you pay for and we needed sleep! Beware the place is crawling with crackheads. People yelling at each other, people arguing with vending machines.. Again our fault for the price but goodness gracious 0 out of 5 stars do not recommend."

"A bit far from downtown, but was not problematic to find the place. Cleaning, comfy bed, typical breakfast."

"Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at."

"Great stay! The staff is great and the facilities are very clean. It's so good that we stay here every time we visit our parents, and that is practically every month. Don't be put off by the construction around the area. The hotel is very safe. We tried other hotels in the area and many were just too dirty and not well kept for us. We love this hotel. Big rooms. Has a pool and gym. And we absolutely love their breakfast!!! Other hotels in the area have horrible breakfast options. This...
