"One of the better micro hotels around. No windows in the room was odd at first, but made for a silent night., great ac, bidet toilet, powerful shower, useless sink. Walking distance to every venue in deep ellum, farmers market, all downtown venues are really close. Free street parking out front all weekend, $12 lot across the street was actually easy to use and very secure. I stayed for 3 nights for the price of 1 night in my usual rental up the street."
