Hotel Perniagaan di Windermere

"Strange entrance to our room as had to hold the fire door open and room door to get the cases in. Room was clean as was bathroom although bath panel very scruffy. Due to the style of sink turning the tap on causes a tidal wave and wets you through so have to use cautiously! Had to pay for parking as didn’t book directly with hotel."

"Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit im the Hideaway. Die Inhaber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück jeden Tag aufs Neue sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen 😊 wir können die Unterkunft wirklich jederzeit empfehlen!"

"Lovely property by the river with a spacious room with a balcony overlooking it. Super comfy bed. Modern bathroom with a nice tub, underfloor heating and great L’occitane products. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were super friendly. Parking was available at the property free of charge which was definitely a plus."

"The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...

"The place was lovely and clean and the owner was very welcoming I really recommend the place"
