"Staff were lovely and helpful. Let us check in early as our room was ready and then held our bags when we left until our train in the afternoon. Breakfast was a highlight. A lot of choice."

"Couldn’t fault the hotel .. Staff helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff .. breakfast was amazing .. Beautiful clean hotel and gardens so peaceful , bit of a hike uphill back from the lake but was worth it for the surroundings . The walk down is lovely .. Would definately stay again . Little tip: it was only 2 pounds for an uber back as we found out on the last night"

"At last, a hotel that ticks all the boxes! You know, however good the hotel, there’s always something not quite right. Not here. Warm welcome, polite and attentive staff, first call food (the breakfast is amazing), comfortable bedroom, on site parking. Definitely staying here again"
