As a relatively small hotel, it felt a more comfortable environment. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast provided a large rang of choice and food delivery was prompt. Getting an early breakfast had the added bonus of a view of the garden and wild birds feeding. Our room with a balcony was spacious with everything we needed. An easy walk into Bowness.

Staff lovely, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent. Great location. The only thing that coukd do with changinging is the outside area leading to the room it looked outdated.

The accommodation was a ground floor ,you could hear the people upstairs snore ,use the toilet and walk across the floor the shower head was damaged and the bsth was slow to empty ,the breakfast was very good ,
