"First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff member at reception refused to take our luggage. Despite the fact that it was raining, the weather was extremely cold, and we were tourists carrying our luggage, she told us very rudely that she could not take it. She did not even inform us that there was a place where we could sit and wait, nor did she make any effort to assist us. "We booked Landhotel Gut Wildberg because it advertised a spa with saunas, wellness treatments, a swimming pool, and a children's pool. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. After a 6-hour drive, the last 3 km were on broken roads with a 30 km/h limit. The hotel looked more like an old barn than a wellness hotel. Check-in was rushed, with little information. "The lady that checked me in should not be dealing with customers. The man I dealt with upon check out was great."

"Schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal.

"Excellent"

"Overall good spot and great location. We did that a hotel towel with black mold on it… but I would stay there again"

"A comfortable hotel with nice views and excellent service, yet reasonably priced."
