This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hampton Hotel war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber, man brauchte sich nicht ekeln. Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt. Restaurants, Stadmitte, die Elbe...alles fußläufig bestens erreichbar. Parkplätze findet man in der Tiefgarage des Hotels (24h für 25€) oder gegenüber vom Hotel (24h-12€). Die Straßenbahn ist auch direkt vor der Tür. Also wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich fand das Hotel super zentral, sauber , alle freundlich , Service super . Zu den negativen Kommentare zu diesem Hotel kann ich nur sagen „man kann auch übertreiben“ denn das was ich gelesen habe stimmt zu 90 % nicht überein , die Kleinigkeiten die zu bemängeln waren, sind nicht der Rede wert . Wie sagt man so schön man kann es nicht jedem recht machen . Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer waren praktisch und sauber. Alles auch noch sehr neu. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Wichtigste war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die ganze Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Hotel befindet sich noch im Aufbau. Zum Teil noch Baulärm ab 7:00 Uhr; Housekeeping könnte noch etwas gründlicher werden ( defekter Bügel, dreckige Tasse u Glas vom Vorgänger, Zarge zum Bad nicht richtig verankert, Parkhaus an manchen Tagen überbelegt trotz bezahlten Dauerparkplatzes, Internet über WLAN täglich neu eingerichtet, etc Positiv: Stets freundlicher und lösungsorientierter Service an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksbuffet Buffet absolut ausreichend für ein gutes morgendliches Frühstück. Einzelne Hotelzimmer lassen sich zur barrierefreien Nutzung im Bad umrüsten. Optimal ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels aufgrund der Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
