"Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Bülow Palais in Dresden. Leider war es sehr warm im Zimmer, da die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war und die Heizung lief. Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren sehr unerfahren, aber sehr freundlich. Außerdem ist der Geräuschpegel von außen sehr laut."

"Fantastic value for your money. Highly recommended for families. I had a single bed room but it was roomy with a mini kitchen so you can heat up and cook for yourselves as needed, which saves a lot of money or gives you convenience if you are staying out late. The breakfast buffet add on is of great value. It is one of the most ideally located hotels as well, very close to the centre.
