"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

My name is Nikea Lui and I accidentally gave a bad review to this hotel, by accident and was supposed to be for the Willoughby Hotel as to which I left due to how dirty the hotel was and a one star rating is what I gave. I was a little stressed and tired from driving from Victoria so I chose to stay at the twin Tower hotel a very last minute booking. "Kitchen needed a saucepan. Trying pan had a broken handle and could have been non stick. No spatula. "

"メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。"
