Smooth check-in, front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I booked with breakfast buffet, good breakfast with variety of choice. "

"객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. "

" Staff are very friendly. Love the bar on the balcony. Room is very clean. Lots arounf bars,restaurants and market. Not a far walk to the boats. Good location. Only thing i woukd say was the breakfast. We ordered it to a room took 30 mins whoch im not really fused about the thing i was was the breakfast itself. There was no butter for the toast, avocado wasnt freash, it obviously came from a sqeasy bottle. The sausage was alright . I asked for soft boiled egg i got but no egg cups to...

"The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot."

"Front desk staff were courteous and helped with storing our luggage until our room was available later in the day. Nostalgic hotel so don’t expect modern decor and fixtures. Best location for sightseeing and getting on/off cruise ship. Several great restaurants, bars, public transportation, and shopping in walking distance. Rooftop pool is fantastic. Highly recommend!"

"メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。"

"This is the second time i've stayed at Neutral Bay Lodge and found it just as great. The beds are very comfy and the shared facilities are always clean. The area itself is quite with good transport links to the city centre and airport. It doesn't take long at all to get around. I would definifelt stay again 😊"

"This complex was a short easy trip by bus then metro into the centre of Sydney. The room was large with everything we needed. We used the laundry and was surprised to see a communal kitchen, which is great for families travelling on a budget. The beds were made beautifully every day. "
