Room and premises smelled heavily like cigarettes, and slept very bad. The bed and pillows itself of cheap quality. Quiet though as it's in an industrial area, and not too crowded.

Am Zimmer selbst ist nichts auszusetzen. Es war sauber und gut gepflegt. Es sah nichts abgewohnt aus. Sehr ärgerlich war der Check-in. Ab 15 Uhr könnte man einchecken. Vorne war ein Check-in Automat, der funktionierte auch wunderbar. Am Ende des Check-In-Vorgangs bekamen wir den Hinweis, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und wir Zimmernummer und Zugangscode an der Rezeption erfragen sollten. Diese war jedoch erst ab 17 Uhr besetzt. Da wir weder Zeit noch Lust hatten 2 Stunden im Foyer zu warten, rief ich die Notfallnummer an. Mehrfach ohne Erfolg. Es kam nur eine Maschinenansage, dass niemand erreichbar sei und wir eine Nachricht hinterlassen könnten. Nach mehreren anrufen und über 20 Minuten kam dann endlich mal der Rückruf. Der Herr am Telefon wirkte Recht genervt und wenig zugewandt und teilte mir mit, dass er mir Zimmernummer und Zugangscode per SMS senden würde. 5 Minuten später kam die SMS. Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer nicht geputzt und die Betten nicht gemacht waren. Diesmal ging der Herr direkt ans Telefon. 1 Minute später hatten wir eine neue SMS. Der Zugangscode funktionierte dann nicht. Erneuter Anruf beim genervt wirkenden Herren, er habe sich bei der Zimmernummer vertippt. Er teilte mir dann telefonisch die korrekte Zimmernummer mit und siehe da, wir hatten ein sauberes, gut klimatisiertes Zimmer. Die zwei folgenden SMS in der noch einmal die falsche und dann die richtige Zimmernummer geschickt wurden, waren dann fast lustig
