Das Zimmer wirkte sehr dunkel, im Badezimmer gab es einige Mängel, u.a. einen verstopften Abfluss in der Badewanne, die am Morgen an der Rezeption aufgenommen wurden. Dass es laut der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück keinen koffeinfreien Kaffee gab, wurde sofort überprüft und ungläubig bestätigt.

Wir haben eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht und ein 3-Bett-Zimmer erhalten, also eine deutlich schlechtere Zimmerkategorie, obwohl wir den Aufpreis für eine Suite gebucht haben. An der Rezeption wurde uns nicht geholfen und auch nicht versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Stattdessen haben wir eine Visitenkarte erhalten an welche Mailadresse wir uns wenden sollen. Auf diese Mail haben wir bis heute (11 Tage später) keine Antwort erhalten. Nach Rücksprache mit Expedia hat das Hotel eine Teil-Rückerstattung abgelehnt, weil wir den Aufenthalt abgeschlossen haben. Eine Begründung, die für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist! Fehler passieren, aber der Umgang damit ist wirklich enttäuschend. Das war wohl unser letzter Aufenthalt in der IHG-Gruppe.
