This is time there was an issue with my room and the staff quickly not only moved my room but upgraded me. Its downtown Washington, D.C. location is perfect—surrounded by great restaurants, beautiful scenery, and just steps from the White House and the Smithsonian museums. "Hotel is practically steps from subway/ railway. Can get to DC center in 10 min on orange line w no transfer. Place is clean safe and quiet. Staff is great at check in and for any needs. Watched fifa games in lobby. They serve delicious chicken wings. The gym is great with all equipment. Breakfast is above par and they serve starbucks coffee and lots of fruits. I loved my stay. Thank you to Stacy at front desk and night crew that went to kitchen one night to get me milk..btw..whole foods is...

"We we there for the 4th of July Celebration and it was wonderful. Staff was great and answered all our needs in a very professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel as it close to everything. They do have a valet service that is great. I would recommend that they do more to disclose the parking fees. They are a bit high. Also I think it would benefit both hotel and restaurant to have better communication when big events are on the horizon. I would definitely stay here again....
