"Great location and dog friendly. Our room was a bit dated with a metal kitchenette and carpet. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. For a hotel with no dining would be nice to have some basic coffee in lobby. You can go next door to the bar/restaurant and get coffee and also breakfast but it is not part of the hotel. Super close to Georgetown and can walk to some restaurants. There is a park near by for kids or dogs. Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods close by as well."

"I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service."

"Very impressed with our stay. The hotel was clean and loved the suite layout. Breakfast was excellent with fresh omelletes being made. They have complimentary happy hour for guests in the evenings. Traders joe is next door and most places are accessible from the hotel."

"The rooms are outdated, the bath tubs and air/heating unit had a terrible smell when it was turned on initially, but the front desk staff was wonderful."

We wish there were additional restaurants in the hotel, although Robert’s was excellent. We had two rooms reserved. I had some difficulty getting my deposit refunded for the second room. It took two phone calls to resolve the issue."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area.
