"great hotel, good location and curteous service"

"Parking was easy, however there is a median so you need to be on the proper side of the street. Quite a bit away from everything but still a quick drive to downtown and cheaper option than those hotels. Beds were fine although what looks like a quilt is actually another thin top sheet. Original room AC was broken so we got moved no problem, however the second room had no TV in it. "

"Clean and well located. Fun area. 3 reasons not 5 stars and not highly recommended. First there was the noise in my 3rd floor room on 40th. Really loud early morning. The front desk person told me some guests like the noise because reminded them of urban living. A bit hard to believe. Second the much promoted rooftop closed Sunday and Monday during my visit. Third $32 for parking when not even downtown was excessive and felt a bit like a resort fee."

"The details for my room was a queen size bed. I get there and the beds were full size beds. Then the worse part was when I woke up I noticed a bug at the bottom of the bed on the sheet. There was no manger there to assist. It’s ver quite disturbing."

"Things were poorly put together, a hanging shelf as a “mini bar” area with a stool, the shelf was barely hanging on the wall. Fireplace below the tv was “unfinished” around the entire edges. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, we had a prior appt to get to and told the staff, they literally had 6 hours to fix it while we were gone. When we returned the pee and tp were still in the toilet so I confronted them and he told me he fixed it, then he tried to flush it and it didn’t flush. The room across from us has a dog (which is not the issue) the owner left with no care for the dog. It barked from 8pm-8am. We asked the hotel staff to call her number associated with her account to request she come get her dog, they kept calling her room (but she wasn’t there, hence the dog crying and barking for 12 hours) The cops were called for an altercation between the supposed dog owner and someone from the room above them…but the staff were of little to no help with the police questions, to where we had to inform them that this lady has barely been in the bldg since we arrived and the dog was crying all night. Definitely would not stay again, but the hotel looks pretty from the photos."

"The place was under MAJOR construction! No phone in room, microwave, hair dryer, coffer maker! Nothing. Dry wall dust, everywhere! No key card given. Had to call a # at the desk to be let in as Noone was ever there! "
